The actions of your tools has made free political action impossible in Japan. We abandon political action as absurd and useless under present conditions, and resort to physical force. We do not believe in war, but you have forced it upon us. We are opposed fundamentally to international conflicts, however.
You murdered your people when you sent them into battle in China and Corea and Manchuria. Worse than that, you made the common people, who reaped no benefit whatever from the war with Russia, pay the cost of the war. Only the capitalists, whose tool you are, gained anything from the war. But you have forced us to use direct physical force, and we shall not hesitate. All the old methods used by the Russian and Italian terrorists so successfully we shall use, besides some new and more effective ones that we have discovered ourselves.
